We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.
Questions
Common Questions
Recurring invoices and automatic collection belong to the paid Subscriptions app or to custom work. We can start with Community invoicing and add that if the volume justifies it.
A web form on your site can create the request directly. A full tenant portal would be a larger piece of work, and we quote it after seeing what you need.
Trust accounting rules vary by state and should be confirmed with your accountant. The Community Invoicing app does not replace a full accounting setup, which is a paid edition app, so we plan this carefully with you.
