Automatic recurring billing belongs to the paid Subscriptions app or custom work. For many resellers a renewal reminder and a quote created from the last one is enough.
Keys can be stored on the order or the product record, with restricted access. Storing secrets safely needs a careful look, and we discuss it before loading anything.
