We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Yes, through the Coupons and Loyalty app. We configure the amounts and the rules for using them at the counter.
A sales order with a deposit can hold the item and reserve it from incoming stock. We agree on the process so the team does it the same way every time.
Ideally with enough time to import products and train the team, outside the rush. Changing the system in November is a poor idea, and we will say so.
