We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Clients can follow tasks through the portal and comment on them. We decide with you how much to show, since not every internal note is meant for the client.
Odoo's Social Marketing app is a paid edition app. Many agencies keep a dedicated scheduling tool and link it to the project, and we can help you choose.
Each round is a stage or subtask on the deliverable, so the count is visible when a client asks for a fifth round that was not in the scope.
