We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Through a phone or laptop browser, yes. Offline use is not included in the Community apps, so we plan around connection limits at the site.
Yes, by keeping findings as tasks linked to the client and the standard. A paid Quality app exists for more formal workflows, and we compare it with the simple approach.
