We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Yes, with an online signature or a payment of the deposit. We configure the wording so it reflects what you really commit to.
Files can be attached to the quote and the order. We keep the original sketch next to the final specification so there are no disputes later.
For a small workshop we start with quotes, deposits and production orders. If that already removes the confusion, there is no need for more.
