We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Online payment needs a payment provider connected to your account. We can set that up, and the provider fees and rules are theirs, not ours.
Yes, each with their own access. We define what each role can see and change, which is useful when the board turns over.
We keep it small: contacts, dues, requests and announcements. If that is all you need, that is all we set up.
