Serial numbers link each unit to its sale date, so you can check coverage. The warranty rules themselves are the manufacturer's and yours.
Yes, as separate products or conditions, with their own cost and serial numbers. We agree on the structure before importing anything.
Email notifications are straightforward. A customer portal with repair status is possible but would be scoped separately.
