We work with Odoo Community, the open-source edition. InnovanSIS is an independent company, founded by Cuban entrepreneurs, that sets it up around your business; we are not Odoo. Anything marked paid belongs to a paid Odoo edition or to custom work, and we state that before quoting.

Yes. The jobs page and application form feed the Recruitment app directly, and the confirmation email is yours to word.
Basic fields can be filled by hand or imported. Automatic CV parsing generally relies on paid or external services, and we assess whether it is worth the cost for your volume.
That is your policy to set. We can configure how long records stay active, and you should check local data rules with your own advisers.
